hI, my name is Spencer Ashton: Growing up vacationing on North Carolina’s Crystal Coast since childhood, I developed a lifelong love for everything coastal — from fishing and boating to relaxing on the beach with family and friends. Originally from Kinston, I’ve always appreciated the laid-back lifestyle and strong sense of community Eastern North Carolina offers. Today, I proudly live and work in Kinston while also helping clients buy and sell homes along the Crystal Coast and surrounding Eastern North Carolina areas. Before real estate, I spent more than 10 years as General Manager of my family’s automobile dealership, where I learned the importance of customer service, honesty, communication, and building lasting relationships. My interest in real estate first started through working on and improving my own homes, which eventually led me into the industry during the COVID years. What began as a new opportunity quickly became a true passion. I discovered how much I enjoyed meeting new people, helping families navigate major life decisions, and seeing the unique character and style every home has to offer. In 2025, I joined my uncle, Norwood Jackson, at Blue Ocean Realty, and I’ve loved every minute of helping clients throughout Kinston, the Crystal Coast, and Eastern North Carolina. My wife, Gracie, and I are proud parents to our beautiful baby girl, and our family wouldn’t be complete without our two Golden Retrievers, Banks and Ryleigh. Outside of real estate, I enjoy spending time outdoors hunting, fishing, shooting, and enjoying everything Eastern North Carolina has to offer.
