(or choose your title, but this one hits hard) INTRO (Soft bass, heartbeat rhythm) I lie here wide awake, wondering what just happened, Did I die? … Did I go to hell? I looked at my shoes — the soles were melted through, my eyebrows singed, my arms burned clean in two. He wanted me to see, He wanted me to feel, He wanted me to know for sure… He drove the truth inside of me and sent me back with two commands carved deeper than the scars. (3.5 second pause — bass drops) CHORUS (Smooth, melodic, heavy bass) I’ll start with my friends, move on to my blood, tell them where I was when I gave my life up. Felt my last breath fade, then the world went still, ’til the darkness grabbed hold and pulled me down the hill. Thirty-five miles deep, falling faster in the night, pieces torn from my soul as I lost every light. The pain was insane, but the fear was far worse— knowing love was stripped away as I plunged in that curse. VERSE 1 (Rhythmic, poetic, cinematic) Happiness gone — ripped out of my core, Joy disappeared like it never lived before. Compassion dissolved like dust in the wind, Love I could give, and love I could win. Both torn from my chest with a blade cold and real, lungs crushed in the fall ’til I couldn’t even feel. Sight? Gone. Eyes plucked by a talon mid-flight. Sound? Shattered. Eardrums blown out by the pressure of the night. Six Gs on my spine, like a rocket made of dread, falling blind into regions where even angels fear to tread. VERSE 2 (Darker revelation, smoother flow) Then I landed in the wasteland — no man’s land, and suddenly my senses rose a hundred-fold in hand. I could see through the dark, hear across the burning plains, feel the heat of every shadow, every whisper, every pain. But upgrades aren’t blessings when you’re standing in the pit; they sharpen every torment so you feel all of it. It hit me like thunder— Life on earth was the closest I’d ever been to Hell if I was meant for Heaven… And life on earth was the closest I’d ever come to Heaven if Hell was where I’d dwell. Because I didn’t take the time to search for truth, to find what this life — my life — really meant to do. CHORUS (Full harmony, deeper bass) So I’ll start with my friends, then reach for my kin, show them where I fell and how the darkness pulled me in. My breath slipped away, my soul split in the fall, but God gave me a mission so I’m giving you my all. Thirty-five miles deep, falling, breaking in the void, as the pieces of my spirit were stripped out and destroyed. Pain tore at my bones, but the truth hurt far more— I’d ignored every warning He’d placed at my door. VERSE 3 (Wake-up-call, emotional punch) So I’m pleading with you now — please listen, don’t stray. Your thoughts might mock me, call this stupid, call it fake… But if your mind rejects it, that’s your warning sign today. That’s the enemy whispering hoping you’ll turn away. Stop being careless. Stop living blind. Take a moment, take a breath, seek truth, let it shine. Go love every day like it might be your last, Go search out the truth so your soul can hold fast. Tell everyone you love, and the ones you barely know— In the end it’s Heaven or Hell, and you choose where you go. CONCLUSION (Soft drop, voice trembling) It breaks me to say it, but it’s truth I can’t hide— my worst enemy is down there, and I wouldn’t want even him inside. We’re brothers. We’re sisters. We’re souls born in Christ… So hear me, please hear me— and choose eternal life. OUTRO (Soft strings, whisper echo) I lie here wide awake… and I know why I’m back. To warn you before the shadows drag you into the black. Seek truth. Hold light. Choose life before you fall… Because down there, in that darkness… you lose everything you ever were at all.
