Question 3

Can I have more than one active subscription?

Accepted Answer

Yes, if you want to get more credits, you can do so by subscribing to multiple plans. Multiple subscriptions will result in multiple renewals the following month. If you do not wish to have multiple simultaneous renewals, please go to the subscription management section and cancel auto-renewal before adding a new subscription each time.

Question 4

If your current subscription does not provide enough credits, you can subscribe multiple times or upgrade your subscription. Question 5

How are credits for the Yearly subscription distributed?

Accepted Answer

Question 6

Does subscribing to the Professional plan really allow unlimited music generation?

Accepted Answer

To prevent misuse, we initially allocate 10,000 credits for Professional plan subscriptions. If these credits are insufficient for your creative needs during the subscription period, please contact us (contact@makebestmusic.com) at any time, and we will gladly add more credits free of charge.

Question 7

What happens if I don't use all my credits?

Accepted Answer

The credits you obtain through your subscription can only be used during the active subscription period (canceling the renewal does not affect the validity period of the current subscription). When the subscription expires, any remaining credits will be marked as expired and subsequently removed. If you have multiple subscriptions, the validity period of credits earned from each subscription is calculated independently. For more detailed rules, please refer to the Terms.

Question 8

Accepted Answer

Your credits likely expired and were automatically reset to zero. You can check the details in [Account Management - Remaining Credits]. If you still have questions, feel free to contact us at: contact@makebestmusic.com.
